Please remember, whilst exercising at home is a great way to keep fit and healthy, you must adhere to the Government and Public Health England's guidance to only leave the house to exercise once a day and should be carried out locally.

Show CommentsMe and my mum have been doing Joe Wicks every morning, 3 weekly meets online with dance teacher and friends giving us excises and dances to practice and straight after my meets I go and practice dancing online.
We are really looking forward to hearing how you have all been staying physically active. Post in the guest book anything that you have done which might encourage others to join in. Don't forget that you can access Joe Wickes on Youtube who will be doing PE lesson at 9:00am every moorning.
